Refund Policy
At Catalyst Pet, we take pride in providing high-quality products to our feline mischief makers and their human compatriots. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return or request a refund for your Catalyst Cat Litter purchase.
Before you proceed – make sure you’ve tried our Transition Guide to ensure you’ve put your best paw forward. While most cats will readily accept a new litter, some may need a transition period that involves mixing old and new litter.
NOW – HERE'S OUR STRAIGHTFORWARD REFUND POLICY:
- We offer refunds equivalent to the price you paid for 10lbs worth of any Catalyst Clumping litter purchased directly from our website within 30 days after delivery.
- We offer refunds equivalent to half the price you paid for 20lbs worth of any Catalyst Pelletized litter purchased directly from our website within 30 days after delivery.
- We do not offer returns on any litter products.
- We cannot offer returns or refunds for non-litter products such as our scoop, mat and biodegradable waste bags.
- Catalyst Pet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The buyer may report a claim to UPS directly.
- If you no longer need a cat litter subscription or are making the leap into something different, please adjust your subscription by logging into our customer portal and making the adjustment at least two business days prior to your next month’s order being processed. Change requests must be submitted no later than 11:59pm EST two (2) business days prior to your next scheduled shipment. We do not offer refunds if the change request is not submitted in time.
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at https://catalystpet.com/pages/contact-us. Please include your order number (if you have it), the reason for the request, and your contact information. Please use the email you used when you purchased the product so we can expedite the process.
- We limit refunds to one per customer or shipping address. We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product, but it’s intended to help your furry friend try the product, not fill your bathtub.
- We do not offer refunds for orders resulting from improper product usage.
- Damages: We will consider requests for refunds or replacements for damaged product. Please contact us with details and your request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Refund requests for retail purchases should be made at the retailer it was purchased at. As always, please bring your receipt.
