This Privacy Policy describes how Catalyst Pet (“Catalyst Pet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, sells, and shares personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from catalystpet.com and related pages and services (collectively, the “Site”). Catalyst Pet is a brand owned and operated by Lignetics, Inc. This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site.

  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — to the extent we use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted, you may direct us to limit that use.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page—no account is required. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device on which they are enabled.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request to know, delete, or correct, and may need to confirm information you have provided to us. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

6. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Consent

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, web beacons, and session-recording technologies to operate the Site, analyze usage, and deliver advertising. You can manage non-essential cookies and tracking through the cookie-preferences / consent banner provided on the Site, and through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Because we honor Global Privacy Control, enabling GPC in a supported browser will signal your choice to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide products and services, comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order and transaction records are generally retained for the period required by applicable law. Analytics and advertising identifiers are retained according to the retention settings of each partner. When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at careteam@catalystpet.com and we will delete it.

9. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the methods in Section 5.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. International / EU and UK Residents

The Site is operated in the United States, and personal information is processed in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the methods in Section 5.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
