Catalyst Pet User-Generated Content (UGC) Terms & Conditions

By replying to our request with #YesCatalystPet, you grant Catalyst Pet permission to use your photo, video, caption, and related content (“Content”) for marketing and promotional purposes.

By providing permission, you agree that:

• You own the Content or have the necessary rights to share it.
• You grant Catalyst Pet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share your Content across our marketing channels, including social media, website, email, digital advertising, and other promotional materials.
• You retain ownership of your Content.
• Whenever practical, Catalyst Pet will credit your social media account when using your Content.
• You confirm that the Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party and that anyone recognizable in the Content has consented to its use.
• You understand that Catalyst Pet is not obligated to use your Content and may remove it at any time.
• You may revoke permission for future use by contacting us at careteam@catalystpet.com, though this will not affect materials already published or in production.
